What happens in a meet and greet?
These are approximately 30 minutes and is an opportunity for us to get to know owners and dogs by sitting having a chat or heading out for a small walk.
It is a great opportunity for owners to ask questions and ensure they are comfortable with the process.
Can I request a specific time for my dog to be walked?
When booking your dog in, you can request one of the following time slots:
Morning ( 8 am- 11 am )
Midday ( 11am - 1pm )
Afternoon ( 1pm - 4pm )
Your dog will be walked any time between this slot however we cannot give an exact arrival time as we have to allow travel time between clients, cleaning muddy paws, clearing up whoopies and unforeseen emergencies. But be rest assured your dog will be collected, walked and dropped home happy within the booked time slot.
What if my dog needs longer than an hour walk?
While all dogs love walks, there are some that just love being out for longer.
If you need your dog to let off some more steam or to have a little more human companionship throughout the day, longer walks can be arranged upon request at the hourly rate of £15 an hour.
Can I just have occasional walks?
Of course!
If you only need our services occasionally or, for a one off walk we would love to help.
Events may pop up where you need a little helping hand.
Do you offer pack walks?
We do offer group walks. A sociable and fun walk for dogs that love the company of other dogs. With a group between 2 - 4 dogs.
All dogs will have solo walks with us prior to being part of a perfectly matched walking group.
Where will my dog be walked?
To ensure your dog gets the most out of their time slot, we will try and walk your dog from your house and around the local area.
For longer walking slots, we can drive your dog to other locations to experience new routes and sniffs.
Do you offer home boarding?
At this moment, we do not offer home boarding however, we are looking to add this to the list of services we provide, so watch this space!
Do I need to be at home when you collect / drop off my dog?
No, we request a set of your household keys in order to walk your dog without disturbing your daily routine.
All keys will be marked only with a unique code and kept in a secure location.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and on occasion you may need to cancel your dog's appointment.
We are flexible and providing you give us 24 hours notice, you will not be charged.
What happens during adverse weather conditions?
We walk come rain or shine however, should the weather be deemed too extreme (for example extremely hot or cold weather) we may take the decision to cancel walks for the safety of the dogs.
Should this happen, we will offer an alternative interactive session with your dog in their own environment at no extra cost.
